With more than 30 years of experience and a proven track record, Eurofins Megalab is now one of the largest laboratories in Spain. We are a national leader in services, information, management and performance of diagnostic tests of clinical analysis and pathological anatomy.

We also have a nationwide network of laboratories and offer our services to all medical societies, healthcare centres and hospital management companies.

Eurofins Megalab, in its continuous search for excellence and optimisation of efficiency in its daily activities, was rewarded for its efforts in 1997 obtaining the UNE-EN ISO 9001 certificate. In 2019 it obtained UNE-EN ISO 45001 certification for Health and Safety at Work and in 2021 it obtained UNE-EN ISO 15189 certification for the detection of SARS-CoV-2 RNA by PCR.
