Description
The IgG test for SARS-CoV-2 Mpro detects IgG and IgA antibodies against the main viral protease (Mpro or 3CLpro), which plays a major role in viral replication. The Mpro protein is a very immunogenic non-structural antigen that is critical to viral reproduction and is released by infected cells.
