Grupo Barcel\u00f3<\/a> and Eurofins, a leading company in clinical analysis<\/strong>, have signed an agreement so that the clients<\/strong> of this renowned hotel group can acquire self-collection through gargling PCR TESTS <\/strong>at the reception<\/strong> of its hotels in Spain. This is a simple test in which you rinse your mouth with a saline solution, which is then analysed in the laboratory.<\/p>\n

With this agreement, both Eurofins and the Barcel\u00f3 Group seek to minimise the effects of the current COVID-19 pandemic, because the tests to detect positives are the basis for controlling virus transmission and to progressively reduce contagion.<\/p>\n

How is the sample taken?<\/h2>\n

To perform the test, you must rinse your mouth with the saline solution contained in the self-collection through gargling PCR TEST kit<\/strong> for 5 seconds. Afterwards, throw your head back and gargle for 5 seconds, being careful not to swallow the solution. Repeat this action two more times.<\/p>\n

Then pour all the saline solution into the tube using the funnel and follow the instructions on the box.<\/p>\n

This tube will be deposited at the hotel’s medical centre, from where it will be sent to the closest Eurofins for analysis. The results can then be checked through a link that the user will receive by email or by SMS with their identifier (ID or Passport) on the next day.<\/p>\n

What happens if the test is positive?<\/h2>\n
